A very new plaza is being built in Maslak where many plazas are rising one after another and which becomes like Manhattan in Turkey. Veko Giz Plaza is very famous for being the smartest building in Turkey with its static structure resistant to 9 magnitude earthquakes and with the technology used.
Veko Giz Plaza has 22 floors each of which has a 900 m2 usage area; there is also a separate part of 2010 m2 on the entrance floor that is suitable for usage as a showroom. Veko Giz Plaza is the first building in Turkey which is constructed under the supervision of Bureau Veritas (BVQI), and is the only building which is completely ready for rent.
Within the building for which the technological substructure is very important, internet substructure with high bandwidth and optical fiber cabling is established by Cisco System. There are 6computer rooms for the tenants and all possible requirements of technology companies especially are considered. The entrance systems are with automatic identification and level authorization within the building and there is a security system through which the 60 cameras are monitored at the same time. The system also enables remote access.
Veko Giz Plaza is equipped with a special system against fire and generator and the building is covered by heat and soundproof glass. |
