		Design Control Services: The evaluation of the conformity of the projects and calculations prepared by Giz Construction to
		the current directives with regard to the architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire safety precautions, static and reinforced
		concrete were made. Also, the technical conformity of the projects prepared was evaluated.
		Due Diligence: Due diligence for application was made for all of the floors completed.
		The Development of the Technical Specifications: Inspection about the development of the technical specifications attached
		to startup agreement.
		Construction Site Quality Control Services: The control whether the construction is being made appropriate to the projects
		previously inspected still continues. This service will be completed when the certification will be completed, as the building
		will be open to public.
		Supervising the testing, adjustment and stabilization operations of the electrical and mechanical equipment still continues.
